Governance

Acting in an ethical manner is vitally important to who we are as a company and our place in society.  To do so, we focus on:

  • Anti-corruption
  • Being audited successfully by relevant agencies and organizations
  • Being accredited by AAALAC, a nonprofit organization that promotes the humane treatment of animals in science
  • Shareholder engagement enables us to listen, learn and exchange ideas on topics that impact our business and industry, as well as on issues that impact public health and our planet. We prioritize activities based on issues most relevant to our business and over which we can have a meaningful impact. We’ll continue focusing on ESG issues that align with our commitments by assessing all facets of our business to incorporate feedback from all shareholders.  Here’s a snapshot of how we engage with our shareholders and the investment community:
    • We inform our shareholders and the broader investment community about our company strategy, financial and business growth objectives through quarterly conference calls, analyst meetings, annual shareholder meeting, our filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the investor and corporate responsibility sections of our company website.
